I cant get online since they closed port 80. i upgraded to the full 20 dollar internet, which sucks. but what sucks more is i cant get online still. tmobile is helpless sometimes. can someone give me the settings.

I'm guessing that your APN still has the wap settings... try changing it to internet2.voicestream.com which is the APN for the full internet plan. Its in the connection settings somewhere..

Hopefully this will get you going.

right after i posted on here, i did a google search for "216.155.165.50"
i found this link on a car site none the less

i followed the directions and it works like a charm, i canceled the 20 dollar internet and went back to the 6 dollar tzones and it stil works perfect
i AM still having trouble getting my gmail on my phone though, so i followed your link and that didnt seem to help. any other ideas there?

Build-in e-mail client should work with any POP3 account just using $5.99/mo T-Mobile Web plan. GMail has pop.gmail.com as incoming and smtp.gmail.com as outgoing server. Have you tried to set up your e-mail client?

i was trying to use imap. hopefully this works now... any other suggestions if not.
