Need help with activating my Katana 2

hello, i desperately need help if there is any. I recently bought a katana 2 from this fella i met, everything seemed cool until i called Sprint to activate. They told me that the phone is still registered under his account even though he is no longer with them. Sprint cannot activate the phone until this fella call them to release the katana off of the account. Is there any work around this?. I bought the phone for 50 bucks. Please help....

You need to contact the seller, and tell them what Sprint said. The phone will never be able to be activated on Sprint as long as it is attached or active on his account. There really is no work around, as it is Sprint's policy.
