As of right now, no, there is no way to hide hentai from your girlfriend.

Maybe the SDK can fix that.

Just edit the video to have like the first 5 minutes be something about cars or some other thing your GF/wife would never look at. Then give it an applicable name. That way, even if she did watch it, she isn't going to watch more than 5 minutes.

Note - I DO NOT condone hiding things from your significant other, but if you do - this may be a good way to go.

You guys are incorrect, you can hide videos music and photos from prying eyes via software applications called SwapPhoto & SwapTunes. You will need to have a jailbroken iphone and install an app called installer first. With these two apps it creates 2 seperate partitions. Thus it then allows you to switch back and forth what you want to be accessible. It is primarily used so that you can sync your iphone with two seperate pc's / iTunes accounts with the same iphone, but for what you want to do - this will do the trick!

Google SwapTunes / SwapPhoto for more details. Installed mine from ModMyiFone.com

i installed swaptunes, but was really confusing, i ended up deleting all stuff accidently..lol

but i had the same question, i posted it couple days ago, and didnt get a single respond.

but i was trying to send files in the iphone via SSH and then opening with Mobilefinder, i got the video in there, but i couldnt open it. So my question was, is there a way to open a video, pix by using mobilefinder?

The easiest way to do this is by moving the video category off of the iPod bottom menu. When you need to watch a video, just go to MORE, EDIT and drag video back to the bottom.

I don't put video on here anymore...

In Windows OS XP & Vista, the easiest way is to create two seperate profiles in windows and name them something that you understand. Like one under your name and the other naughty iphone stuff. Whatever is best for you. Then when you sync your iphone up with itunes you need to remember to swap the profiles on your iphone. It works very simple this way. And you can then create two seperate itunes databases on the same computer.

good news for all you perverts who want to hide porn on their iPhone!! Lol

So after reading one of the responds I thought of something and it works!!

First in customize, take the dock iPod icon out of that and put it in the springboard ( where all your other icons are) then in customize go into the thing where you arrange your icons n stuff and from there just click the eye thing first on top n then double click the iPod icon and it will be hidden

hope it works for you guys

Now if someone says o thats an iPhone? N they ask to see n ask where is the iPod? U can be like yeah I hacked my iPhone n it disappeared, I plan on fixing it tonight... Or some other bs along that line lol

when you put the ipod icon in the springboard..how do i do that

And trust me its not from hiding anything from my wife..my kids sometimes play with my phone and i usually upload tv shows to watch on the train which i dont like them to get a hold off

go to customize then Icon Display Order then Manual Reorder then just take like a itunes icon and put it under where it says dock. you just drag it...thats the way to move them and stuff...and you can drag the ipod icon out of the "Dock" and put it in the Spring Board, then press the eye thing on the top right corner, and
then you will see the the lil eye icons next to the regular icons get black, and then you tap it the name such as ipod once or twice, and if the black eye disappear that means so will the that icon from the home screen icons, so its hidden....
