sprint 6800 bluetooth issues help!

ok, I'm sure i'm the last person on earth to have this issue, but hear goes. wireless headset suck. so I'm seeking a work around for the windows stack program or a wire headset so i can chat in the car without holding the phone yes speaker sucks too. any suggestions, advice or insights on when this issue will be resolved.
