I only had the Z310a - Lush Pink available on hand for a quick comparison. Note that you may have to refresh the individual ImageVenue links a few times to get the enhanced images to show....

How badly crippled is that pink W580i? I am looking for one for the wife, but I think that she is starting to get annoyed with the provider branding after using a few of my unbranded phones. Also, any chance you could upload the themes that come on the phone?

I know that I can debrand it. She doesn't really like the AT&T globe on the casing either, so we are kind of debating on branded vs. unlocked/unbranded.

The globe isn't all that bad actually. I dislike everything else about the AT&T branding on all their phones though. I'll see if I can grab the themes off it later for ya. Oh yea, the light-effects are really *****in' on this phone! Slide and build and heft feels really solid. The keypad appears to be the newer ones too. If you want any other pictures of anything specific, just let me know.

If you can't get the original themes off of the phone, could you get some pics of the menus with the various themes? She is just wondering what they look like. Thanks a bunch.

I have the S500i, and I love the lighting effects, along with the slider.

I couldn't get any themes off just yet as they're all locked... almost everything is locked in this phone, even the damn MediaNET profile that I usually remove to avoid any accidental Globe interwebs connecks. The girlfriend is running wild with this phone today so I'll grab some menu shots later tonight when I get home from work. It comes with two themes, Dandelion and Walkman. Nothing to get too excited about. Also the keypad backing is like a brushed steal look that doesn't show up well in the pictures above. Menus are faster then my W810i, bluetooth works like a charm, camera is sharp, speaker is louder (and clearer) then any other SE I've had yet... so much so that I'll probably start using my Gray W580i soon; at least until March.
