how to fix v3xx

I got a v3xx for my birthday, direct from Germany, and there is a problem: it is loaded with Vodafone firmware. I need the ATT unlocked firmware. anyone know where I can get it?
Edit: Okay, scratch that, I cannot get any firmware to load on the phone, so I will ask this: does anyone know how to fix the mediamall and multimedia messaging features on a v3xx with vodafone firmware
