need help to flash tilt rom

Hello i just got a tilt today from someone and they had flashed the rom right before they gave it to me to the htc rom i was wanting to flash it back to the original att rom could someone please help me ive looked on the forums here and over at xda forums but i just dont get it seems real confusing could someone please help id really appreciate it..

I am trying to do the same thing. I checked xda.dev forum and looked at the guide to restore the firmware to AT&T. Never did it before. How hard was it to do and how long did it take you?

its real simple, go over to xda, and read the stickies about flashing...my question to u guys is why?? there are soo many better roms than the stock atnt one. take a look at dutys roms, they're amazing!

I have Duty's rom now. I have a hardware problem it seems and I brought it into a store for help and they will not talk to you because the AT&T rom is not on the phone. I did look through the instructions and never having installed on a phone before a few of the steps seem to be confusing and one of the links for the software did not seem to be working.
