Locking feature on touchscreen Moto OS?

I was wondering if anyone knew how to somehow mod the touchscreen Moto OS (ex. E6, A1200) to have a locking feature to lock the phone book and txt messages, such as the locking feature featured in the RAZR? I'm sorry if I'm not being very clear, but I'm talking about the one that if you try access the phone book it will pop up a box asking for a 4 digit code... I know Samsung and some of the older Motos have this...
