need help with unlocked krzr

hello,
my uncle bought a unlocked motorloa krzr,and when he puts his sim card in,then he opens it it shows at&t software,and when he goes to options it says at&t music and so on.is there a way to change it to t-mobile.and also when he plays a song on it.everyone says there is suposed to be a music player on the outside.but it dont come up.

He would need to flash the phone with a T-Mobile monsterpack, to eliminate the AT&T stuff. The phone is unlocked, but it is still AT&T branded.

The music player controls are only on the Verizon model, which is not a GSM phone.
