Wirelessly posted (HTC_TyTN_II Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows CE; IEMobile 7.6))

My TyTNII's button pas on the front is loose and wiggles back and forth.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so have you been able to get HTC to fix it?

It's one of the weaker design aspects of the device, but it's normal for it and I haven't had any issues with it.

I'm just afraid that it will fall out of the case. Seems like a design flaw. My old Wizard was a tank, I beat the crap out of that phone and never had a problem.

my tilt does that as well but its nothing to worry about yet

It won't fall off, I've had it since it came out (early adopter) and it still runs with no Dpad problems. I agree about the Wizard's Dpad being completely secure. Overall though, I find the Kaiser is still more solid.

It's not just the dpad it is the entire silver housing that holds the dial and end call buttons and the little windows start button area.

Yea I have noticed that on every one I have messed with. Seems like other say, a design flaw but no major side affects from it yet

That's because the whole thing is one component.
