Can you use another iphone ATT sim or ATT sim wo unlocking the iphone?

I have an ATT Sim I want to use in an iphone so I can switch back and forth between my blackberry. Since it is ATT and the same type of sim is there a way to activate the iphone and trick it to use the sim without unlocking it?

You don't have to unlock it, but you need to activate the phone through iTunes if you haven't already. There should be an option for that when you connect it to iTunes. Just enter your phone number and information it asks for and you're set.
