Hey guys, I got a problem with my W490.

I downloaded and installed the Mobile Phone Tools 4.0. I can get the phone to sync up, and get Multimedia Center to open up. However once I do, I only have Image Studio, Melody Studio and MMS STudio. I don't have the Explorer which allows me to just transfer the files directly like I could with the V220.

Anyone know if it's just because the W490 is different? I've also tried changign the USB setting on the phone to memory card, and accessing it as a drive.

However when I double click it in My Computer it says "Please insert a disc into drive X".

Can someone help me figure out how to transfer image files? Thanks

P.S. I know you're supposed to search for a topic before you make a thread, and I did search for "Motorola W490 Image Transfer" and came up with nothing.

Do you have a MicroSD card in the W490? That's the only way you'll get it to show up as a removable drive in Windows.
Did you run the updater for MPT? Mine has "File Transfer Studio" as one of the options in the Multimedia Studio. (It also has Video Studio, and the ones you mentioned.) Version number for my MPT is 4.5.6a.
