Dash not doing anything when connected to PC

So, I connect my Dash to my Vista box, and nothing happens other than it being recognized as some mobile device by the computer? Sync center doesn't recognize my device anymore so I can't sync it, but Device Manager sees that at least something is there...
Can anyone help me?
