can u upgrade to jailbroken 1.1.3 with stealthsim or turbosim?

Im a little confused. I currently am running a jailbroken iPhone running on the 1.1.2 firmware and the new 4.6 bootloader. I am running on T-Mobile with the use of my stealthsim. I really want to upgrade to the jailbroken 1.1.3 but dont know if it will work or what the best route to take is...
has anyone that is using a stealthsim or turbosim had any luck with this so far?

Another question then.. if I try this and it doesnt work can I start over and downgrade back down to 1.1.2 and jailbreak it and continue to use my stealthsim the way Ive been using it???
I have been using a macbook for all installs but do have access to a pc
