I've searched several forums and am confused. I have an at&t locked, week 51 1.1.2 otb and assume it has the 4.6 bootloader. I have upgraded to 1.1.3. I know that if I downgrade to 1.1.2 and then jailbreak, the phone function does not work but it will work as a jailbroken itouch. Now the confusion, if I do this and then apply the newly released 1.1.3 jailbreak will I have a fully functional, locked, jailbroken iphone with 1.1.3?

yes but if u have programs installed on ur 1.1.2 iphone i reccomend that u restor the phone to 1.1.2 and then unlock it or else u will not be able to uninstall and reinstall ur programs.
