I have only had it for a little over a week and the phone just started trying to hotsync and ever time I hit cancel it would start right over so I couldnt do nothing so I turned the phone off .......... now it wont turn on.... I have removed the battery tried the soft and hard reset process but phone wont turn on to complete that

So now it went from looping hotsyncs to not waking up?

Tried plugging in the charger and then do a reset?

If still nogo then go to Sprint for a replacement ASAP for the PCB is shot on that phone. This is not a centro issue but someting that can happen on a PDA/Smartphone.

I ended up getting a new phone.... I am glad I didn't give up on the Centro at that point

Could have also been the battery. My wife and I got ours 1 week ago and the battery failed in hers already. Put a new battery in and it was fine. When we were getting our phones, there was a lady in with a pink centro with the same problems too.. Might be a faulty batch of batteries working through.

Naa it wast a wakeup issue but the phone stuck trying to hotsync all the time. This is caused by hardware failure in the PCB so when the battery was pulled out and put back in, it would not pass the post so the OS will not load.
