Is the HTC Touch a pocket pc or a smartphone?

You're going to get different answers for this, but I'm going to say the Touch is a Pocket PC. The main differences between Smartphone and Pocket PC are touch screen and power models. A Smartphone can be completely turned off, a Pocket PC will simply "sleep" the CPU.
