Using RAZR v3m as modem (dial-up networking) on Verizon/Mac

Hello,
Has anybody been able to figure out how to setup their Verizon RAKR v3m to function as a modem on Mac OS X 10.4 or 10.5? I've been struggling doing so, and have been having difficulty finding information that pertains to me, and success stories doing this. I'm not referring to broadband tethering, but the simple modem speed dial-up networking...
Can anybody here point me in the right direction?
