I have sooooo many Rogers HTC Touch compliments I probably can't even fit them all on this post.

1. The HTC Touch is PRETTY FAST!! ahhh!!!! I've done my research and upgraded my rom to be able to free TONS of memory, its almost flawless
2. Occasionally when I turn the screen off, it turns RIGHT back on when i need it to
3. What is with the touch screen? My screen protector has been added on since day one, once again...its flawless. no issues!
4. The touch keyboard is decent too...downloaded touchpal keyboard and it works great
5. The screen is EXACTLY the size i expected it to be... as i did my research BEFORE purchasing the phone...easy to browse the internet too, just use the stylus or my finger OR control pad down to view the pages
6. Screen is very responsive...I try to call someone by dialing the numbers on the screen, it pretty much clicks in right away
7. Battery life is absolutely a GOD. Best battery I have ever seen. It lasts for about 2-3 days with heavy usage (monitoring with BatteryStatus), i charged it to about 97%...checked it a few hours later and it somehow moved up to 100% hahaha
8. The camera. THE CAMERA. OH my goodness. Its a 2.0 megapixel camera, works just like it says

This phone is great, I did all my research prior to purchasing this phone...as a result, it actually exceeded my expectations as a phone

This Wm6 stuff is pretty great

Haha, well put, I would agree with everything cept the battery life, that is until I install BatteryStatus.

I suggest using the registry fix...it makes my batter life waaaaaaaaaaay longer (before I would go from 8am (full charge) to 10pm (13%) in one day!

So I have codyppc installed in Windows/apps but I don't see a program or menu anywhere. Does it just run in the background? No settings to do?

I loaded it and no problems reported. Thing is.... I guess it works silently, I don't see a menu for it etc.... just the files installed in a folder.

I get it now! It's a registry tweak, period. No added program to monitor battery power.

Yeah no programs or anything, just automatically tweaks the registry... if you need a battery monitor program, let me know. I use one to overclock my phone (making it run faster), however it does drain the battery a little bit. However, I suggest if you enjoy your phone as-is, then leave it. This is just luxuries that cost

I very much appreciate this registry tweak! I got an extra 45 minutes. This is great because sometimes every minute counts but I think I'm going to get an extra battery, hopefully a more powerful one if there is such a thing. Just waiting on my bonus cheque. LOL

What exactly is the registry tweak doing that it allows for lower battery drain?
It must be disabling something and I am curious as to what.
Thanks

This is a thread with explanation of what each tweak does, it comes from PPCgeeks an credit for the explanation goes to Krohnjw from ppcgeeks.
