GSM RAZR V3 - BT Services show DUN only, no OBEX

I just sync up a RAZR V3 (one from T-Mobile, the original kind) using BT to my laptop running XP SP2. I can see the phone but the only service I see is the DUN. I want to transfer some photos to my PC but there is no OBEX.

Any ideas?

you need to do the following seem edit to activate it.

Seem 0032_0001 offset 6B - bit 0: BlueTooth OBEX (1 on, 0 off)

Is this the norm for GSM V3 to require seem edit in order to transfer files via BT? I can even send file to the razr using BT but there is no option to send file from the razr via BT.

This is rather disappointing as even my good old Nokia and the very old Sony T610 can send file.

Motorola Phone Tools should be able to transfer your pictures.

Will it transfer over bluetooth even when OBEX is not available? I'm not sure because I heard too much stories about how V3c from Verizon not able to download pics via BT, etc.

I have a new V3xx and transfer to the phone all the time using BT.
Set the phone option in BT to "auto". Go to "my bluetooth places" on the PC and click on entire network, You should get "motorola phone" as a location. Just drag and drop what you want to the phone using windows explorer.
