so I tried doing a monster pack update on my virgin mobile V3C razr. I ran the alltell pack. It installed fine, but now my phone # reads 000000000 and my service doesn't work. I read a lot and have searched a lot. Can anyone tell me what I did, or how to fix it?

It's a virgin mobile v3c razr

Sounds like you didn't do your homework.....who will your provider be? To get your number entered push #073887 (or CLR 073887# can't recall) enter 000000 as the unlock code, then go to User Activation <hit enter> Select NAM 1 <hit enter>, enter you phone number for both MIN & MIN and then get out of the setup menu. Your phone will reset with the new phone number but your problem is you don't know what your SID (System ID) is and would need an ERI file for Virgin Mobile if that is still your provider otherwise your phone will show its roaming even though you may not be. You may have to head over to the Virgin Mobile section for further help as you didn't do enough homework prior to flashing, you could have had all this information backed up or written down prior to flashing but now its too late as I don't think there is a Virgin Mobile flash around to get you back to original state to get your phone it a working state to get all that information.
