iphone repair help!....iccid unknown and push button broke

i did a search before hand so no flaming please....
I had a 8gb unlocked iphone through hyper sim method..i had someone steal it from my hands while i was on the phone with it and when i went to my cell phone shop in the mall i guess the the guy had came by with it and left it with one of my employees because he said the push button wouldnt work...so i call the guy and tell him it was mine that he stole and he said sorry and i go to check out the push button and he broke it and my hyper sim ripped in half..now im with att and im trying to fix it....
problems...
My ICCID is unknown...
i put in my sim card and it says i must use an unlocked and activate sim...please and help would be great because im trying to get my iphone up and running
