Need Advice Please

I have decided to use Metro PCS as my carrier, I am stuck between two handsets first the Motorola W385 because of its design and features, camera seems to have poor quality but I like the idea of direct connect to my PC without an expensive adapter.
The Samsung U520 Camera is much better and more bang for the buck than the W385 however will it connect via cable or blue tooth to my pc? I live in the Dallas area and have had decent luck with those I have talked to however no one owns either phone that I know. Any information would be great and thanks
