Trouble loading video files on dash

I have the Tmobile Dash and I'm having trouble saving movies stored on my computer to the media player and cannot sync video from Windows media player 11.
Any recommendations or suggestions on what I could be doing wrong, program I need to purchase or is it possible to save movies to the dash even though I have the 2G card. Music saves fine just problem with video, tried new sd card and also cleared off the one I already had but still nothing.
