Trouble saving video to Tmobile Dash

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I have the Tmobile dash and I cannot seem to save movies that I have on my laptop to the media player. I have media player 11 on my laptop and cannot get it to sync on their. The music works fine and I have tried a new 2G SD card just in case it was the memory, but still nothing.
Any suggestions on how I might be able to get this done, is their a program I need to get or am I just SOL when it comes to loading movies on the phone?

Are you using ActiveSync to put them on the device? You don't mention any errors/progress bars so this is mostly guess work at this point.

I have the Active-sync installed, its a movie I downloaded, in media player itself it wont allow me to sync it says that it does not recognize the file and the formatting on the file is for media player

Probably "DRM" digital rights management issue - especially b/c it's downloaded content. New windows security thing - d/l "Tunebite" to bypass it - only downside all video needs to be recoded through this proggy - takes hours!!!

Hope that helps

If I remember right WMP will only sync WMV files, not divx or xvid.
