W580i - files deleted

Hello all. Newbie here. Ok, so I've had my W580i for a few months now and just today when I turned my phone on, my picture files seemed to have been deleted. I looked in the folders and all of my pics/videos are gone. Has this happened to anyone? Are my files really gone?

Did you check your m2 card was in the phone or inserted properly

that happens to my friends w580, the phone stops reading the m2 sometimes maybe its loose? just re-insert it back into the phone... all should be fine.

i don't have an m2 inserted. i don't have much yet saved, so everything was on the phone memory
