Oks, I got an MDA touch off T-Mobile.
Nice phone, love it, bought it mainly for email.
had a few probs in setting it up for email.
but after 5 days got it 100% sorted and reliable.
10 days later after 100 perfect, its become unreliable again.
settings are 100% right (wrote them down)
I getting fed up of soft reseting, works for a day or too, them back to unreliable.
they have a 28 exchange policy.
can I change phone completely?

Normally before 14 days you can exchange your handset

I agree its 14 days. but in some states( US) they are required by lay for up to 30 days.
