Two 8100 questions

New user with two questions
1) Is there anyway to have the 8100 vibrate and play a ringtone at the same time?
2) Having problems with the Snapsync not recognizing my phone. Snapsync website does not have updates for the 8100 yet. I have seen some posts that say to use the 5300 instead, but no dice.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

if you have it at the highest setting of volume it will vibrate and ring at the same time...
the snapsync
install it then install the 4900/5300 drivers
and then edit the .ini file in the sync to look at the other threads as i don't have the ini line with me
