HELP I bricked my Titan (Mogul)

I tried to install 2.17 on my device when I got a blue screen of death. Now mit just loops into the htc screen over and over. I can't reinstall a ROM. I've tried using bootloader mode, and it finishes at 100%, but still won't boot up. PLEASE help!!!!

The guys over at XDA helped. I formatted an SD card in FAT32 and extracted the .nbh image from the .exe file using winrar and then put ROM image on the card and renamed it TITAIMG.nbh. Booted into the bootloader menu and it installed automatically from the SD card! Worked great. Thanks for reading.
