Questions for Nokia 6820 Owners

I'm ordering a Nokia 6820 off of Ebay soon. I have no data plan, just unlimited text, which I used to IM on my old Nokia 6126. I'm wondering if the same SMS based IM'ing is possible on the 6820?

Also how are the organizing features on the 6820? I'd like to be able to take some notes with the phone, as well as keep several regular reminders in the calendar. Basically, how does it work out as an organizer?

Lastly, how durable is the phone? I haven't heard anything about these hinge hindering this phones robustness, but I want to hear first hand if anyone had some problems?

i had it about 2 years ago
Never really used it for Organizing, YEAH SMS for IM'ing still

when i dropped the Casing Cracked and Usually Battery COver fell off

Not to bad of a phone

My 6820 was a very durable phone, especially considering the weak looking hinge for the foldout keyboard. I dropped mine a few times, and besides a few knicks in the corners, it was solid. I never kept it in a case either. Even with the scratches, I was able to sell it, which to me means it held up pretty well!

Nevermind, the Ebay Store I bought it from broke all the phones somehow...
