Organizing outlook contact by group on iphone

I am needing to organize my outlook contacts by groups on my iphone but when i go to try to set this up in Itunes it greys out the groups box. Anybody have any suggestions on how to get this done?

You can use groups if you use the Windows Address Book. I don't know if you can export to that from Outlook.

i am able to organize my contacts by groups on my mac and sync it that way, but if your phone is jailbroken, there is now an application in installer that you can use to organize/group your contacts

Just run Windows Address Book and set the groups up in there, and then they automatically transfer to Outlook. I beleive they will sync then.
