Finding / installing specific firmware

I recently bought an AMp'd Mobile V3m to replace a Sasktel V3c that got smashed. I want to activate the V3m on the Sasktel network.
The firmware in it sucks - Amp'd Mobile logos everywhere, you can only change two of the home screen buttons, etc. Sasktel's firmware was far less restrictive.
Where can I find a copy of Sasktel RAZR firmware, and how do I overwrite it into the phone?
