Best camera AND video in a sub-£100 phone?

I've been googling a lot specifically for PAYG mobiles that are £100 or below (maybe I could stretch to £120) that offer high quality photos from their camera, and the Sony Ericsson k800i seems to rate very well in terms of photos, but apparently records videos in a very old format and in not very good quality. Are there any phones out there within my price range that offer camera quality near to that of the k800i but also have much better video-recording quality?
