verizon v9m reflash

hi there, could someone help me reflash my verizon v9m. I need to, because i have uploaded custom ringtones on my phone, none of them can't play, i can't delete due there locked, i did master reset/clear, didin't work. I tried using RSDlite, flash failed, just bought up blue screen on the phone. I tried using pst flash and test command program, couldn't recgonize my phone correctly. help!
