I have the oddest problem with my 8525. Everything was working fine with it when I first got it but then I upgraded it to WM6 and now it will not charge unless it's plugged into a computer with the USB cable. The wall charger will not charge it, nor will my car charger. I've verified that the wall charger and car charger work by charging my bluetooth GPS receiver with them, but neither of them will do anything for my phone. It doesn't register that it's even plugged in with them. I've checked just about every setting I could find regarding power and even my active sync settings but nothing is helping.

Can anyone offer any advice?

For anyone interested, I found out that if I soft reset the the phone while plugged into the car charger it now charges from the wall and from my car charger.

soft reset is just pressing the button by the camera lens right? I have a charging prob. if the phone is on it won't charge but if I turn the phone off and plug it to the wall the restart it will charge.

I have this problem when using portable charging solutions like energizer's chargers that take two AA's or a USB power brick from Black & Decker.
