Motorola v3 wont load anything!! help!

My Motorola v3 from T-mobile wont load a thing, I turn it on and i go to my messages, phone book and it just says "Please wait.." forever, I left my phone on overnight with this messages till on the next morning! I try a master reset but it does the please wait thing, left the battery till it died off and recharged it, don't know what to do, I really need help with this, and I don't care if its temporary because my plan ends on the end of this month and ill be switching over to a new service. So I just need this phone to work for the time being, at least so I can get phone # out of it.

BTW I can make or receive calls, but since my phone book doesn't load it does npt tell me who is calling me.

You know, if you haven't yet done so, taking the battery out while the phone is still on and replacing after a minute, a lot of times solves many problems.

You could try and flash it with another MP but keep in mind that if you stored your phone numbers in the phone's memory, they will all be deleted if flashed, so hopfully you have them in your sim card which usually is defaulted to it. you can also put your sim card in another phone and use it as a temp.

Try a Master Reset and if that doesn't fix, do a Master Clear.
