Plan question.. data included??

I am confused. I received the pamphlet and under the "AT&T Plans for iPhone" it states "AT&T Nation... $59.99", that the unlimited data is included, as well as visual voicemail, and 200 texts. BUT, on the other side of the pamphlet it states that I must also purchase in addition one of the "Consumer Data Plans" in order to have Data and visual voicemail.
So, do I need to get an additonal data plan, or does the $59.99 cover data and 200 texts as well??? Thanks again!

The $59.99 covers both a number of voice minutes (probably 450/5000NW/unlimited M2M), 200 text, and unlimited data.
Current customers have to add a data plan to their current voice plan (for an additional $20-40), and that's what I believe what you read on the other side.
