I have the BJ2, XP, and 4.5 activesycn. I was trying to copy a 300mb video to the SD using activesycn. It took over 30 minute. Is there any tips?

I also try to copy it direct using the micro SD adapter. BUt when I click on the drive, XP ask to format the mem card.

Are we stuck using A.S, to copy files?

AS is not good at coping large files. The best way is using card adapter directly on PC. You either have a bad SD adapter/reader or you didn't insert the card in right. If your phone can read the card, so should your PC w/o formatting it.

I found that using "mass storage" on the USB setting works a lot faster.

I will try the SD adapter method

i'm thinking about getting the BJ2. is the usb connection 2.0 or 1.x?

usb transfers are painfully slow on my BJ1.
