Nokia 3300: Durability, Organizing, IM

Found a cheap 3300 on Ebay, a few questions:
- I hear Nokia's are built to last, but my last one (6126), proved to be quite fragile around the hinge. How is this one as far as durability?
- How are the organizing features on this phone? Is there a notepad feature?
- Does it have SMS-based AIM?

Is this the blue taco phone? Man talk about old school!
-built pretty tough. I owned one years ago and dropped it many times, a few scratches but nothing major.
- if you have used old S40 Nokia phones like the 6230, than you know it has a normal calendar, no notepad I think.
- I can't remember off hand, but I'm sure you can install an app that will allow it.
