Motorola Krzr K1 headset problem

I just got my moto krazr k1 and i can make calls and people can hear me talking to them but i cant hear anything they are saying. It works fine on speakerphone but without speaker I cant hear what people are saying to me. Can anyone please help me?

You most likely need to purchase a new speaker, but if you have recently purchased the phone you should have warranty and they will repair it for you

yeah send it in to warranty, there may be a problem with the speaker
