I dont know whats wrong so i came to you guys for help.
There are sometimes when my phone's screen wont turn on, the keys will light up, but the screen stays pitch black. The outside screen also does not light up, i can still read it if i hold it to the light correctly. Any ideas/suggestions?

sounds like the flex ribbon cable needs to be replaced.
you can find one from www.cnn.cn
is your phone still under warranty?? You can try motorola or just try your cell phone carrier to see if they can replace it
