Rearrange icons "wiggly" doesn't work?

Is the wiggly-icon method only valid in 1.1.3? I'm running 1.1.2 and no matter how long I press an icon it does nothing until I release it, then it launches whatever button I was on...

That feature is only works for firmware version 1.1.3

yes you need to upgrade to 1.1.3

its mad ready...softupgrade to 1.1.3, then upgrade your baseband via installer...run anysim 1.1.3 and you're good!!!
