GOOGLE.com/m and Apple Discussion Probs

I've been gone since late September and though my girl updated my iPhone in November and I updated again today, I have the following two problems:
• google.com/m brings up a blank page. I've also tried to load the desktop page with no success. I can get to gmail either through the built-in e-mail app or by typing the gmail URL directly.
• On Apple's iPhone (or any other Discussion page) Discussion page I cannot log in. Touching the "login" on the upper right merely underlines the word but nothing happens. All other parts of the page seem towork okay.
Any help would be very much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

The Google services on my iPhone are buggy as well. Like the reader not acting correctly when reading various feeds and then going back. The calendar also does not load for me. I have to type in the urls for each of them individually and then they work fine. Hopefully they are working on these issues.
