Weird Kyocera SE 47 Battery

I just bought a new battery for my Kyocera SE 47, the weird thing is whenever I charge it, the battery's logo in the upper right corner suddenly dissappear, followed by the appearance of a msg "phone is charging" suddenly appear and dissappear within seconds....
If I pulled out the charge cable, the battery's logo appear again..........but the battery's power seem never filled...............
What's happening actually ?
