Anyone figure out how to Remove PESKY Outlook Error when Syncing

Whenever I Sync with Outlook using WMDC, I receive this error "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?" You then have the option to choose 1 to 10 minutes. It comes up mulitiple times, EVERYTIME I sync. All I have found out on the MS Site is that this cannot be disabled .... I know we have some good hackers that can change that tune!
