Tilt charger on V3xx?

will it be ok to use the tilt's charger on a V3xx? it wont fry the V3xx or anything, right?

the tilt's adapter is rated at 5V 1A and the oem moto one is rated at 5V 550mA.

i rarely use the V3xx, and dont want the extra charger taking up space if i can just use the HTC one.

it will be fine. just means the charger will feed up to 1a doesnt mean it will.

I've seen quite a few moto chargers kill the battery on 8125's and 8525's so you may want to do more research on it.

it doesnt even work. i just tried it and the V3xx just sat there staring at me. mine doesnt seem to charge via computer USB either. works fine with the moto charger. *shrug*

scratch that. USB charging does work when i directly plug it into a USB port and not through a USB hub. so i guess it just doesnt like how the HTC charger sends power or something.

odd. I always have people stopping buy using my chargers. either the htc or the powered usb hub. I also use my moto charger on the road with my htc phones since its smaller. just takes longer.
