V3xx File System Error

I have no idea what happened, but my V3xx is having a few problems. I cannot view any music or my own ringtones on the phone anymore. When I go to media finder, I get a message "File System Error Occurred. Some files may not be available"

When I tyr to use the calendar and schedule an event, the phone restarts and brings me back to the main page.

Any ideas on how I might be able to fix this?

Ive seen this before.. can you put the phone in mem card mode then connect to your pc. run the "chkdsk /f"' on the phone drive from a dos command shell.

Thanks for the advice but I am not sure how to put it in memory card mode, and when I hook it up to my computer, my computer does not even recognize that a device was plugged in.

Try looking in Settings menu for something called "Connection". Inside that menu there is a USB icon. IIRC, it will say Memory Card. Or, you could take the card out and put it in a card reader.
