Is anyone else experiencing low mic / other party unable to hear on you the BJII?

Everytime I call my wife on her BJII, or she calls me, the conversation is low and hard to hear. I know it's not just me, her friend also complains.

It's only two weeks old, so I'm thinking of taking it back, but before I did so, I was just making sure there were no quick fix.

I haven't experienced this issue with my Blackjack 2.

Okay, just for reference if anyone searches for this thread. I did get a new replacement from the COR and just spoke to my wife.
There is a dramatic difference as far as the micophone volume compared to the old phone. Perhaps a faulty microphone.
