Why should I NOT get the Tilt/Tytn II?

Yes, I know. Another Tilt thread. Apologies.
I currently have the Nokia 6230 (go ahead. point and laugh...but it's been the most reliable electronic device i've ever owned.), and I've been wanting to upgrade for the LONGEST time. But every time I'm ready to upgrade, something comes up.
What I'm looking for:
- Full QWERTY (not that BB Curve garbage)
- Wi-Fi
- Quad-band (i'm on AT&T)
- Touchscreen (not necessary, but it'd be cool to have it)
Are there similar alternatives that I should take a look-see at? Should I hold out for a new device to come out?
