My Touch freezes on Today Screen

This is a really BIG problem.

I can't access anything on my Touch. I installed BatteryStatus to try to overclock my phone, but when I pressed ok on it, the screen just froze. I did a soft reset, but it freezes on the Today screen, so I can't even hard reset my phone.

Is there a way to hard reset my phone that is similar to soft resetting? (like pushing inside the hole with your stylus)

I really want my touch back

Hold down the green and red buttons then push the stylist into the hole. That should hard reset you phone to factory settings.
